Prinbox Works is situated in the Tivoli area of Cheltenham within walking distance of the town centre. Local amenities are available at the Andover Road Retail Parade (A40) and there is easy access to junction 11 of the M5.
All the units are finished to a very high standard, with most fitted with category 2 lighting and dado rail trunking with power and computer points. Where possible, some industrial features have been retained giving each unit its own individual character. The larger units are self-contained with toilets and kitchen areas. Smaller units have shared serviced toilet facilities. All units (apart from 4 Saddlers Lane) are carpeted throughout. There is a secure car park on-site.
Prinbox Works has been owned by the same family for three generations. Since 1923 it had been run as a box-making and printing business until the present owners began carefully converting a much-loved industrial building into offices. |
